Spring Time in My Flower Garden

My Spring garden is in full bloom!! This is a fusion clematis... I love the color and the detail. I only wish they lasted longer than a couple of weeks. I suppose I should feel blessed that they grace my garden at all.

HAPPY SPRING AND MAY YOUR GARDENS BRING YOU MUCH JOY AND PEACE .

The journey of 366 days............

For my Friend who wishes to know more~
Just one thing you need to get yourself. A place to keep your days " a Book of ONE and by that I mean you need to find a Bound Blank Parchment Book. Make a promise to yourself and The goddess that from the moment you begin to write you will write and study and practice your craft for 366 DAYS.... You need one full year of meditation, devotion, and open minded willingness to see and learn. Not only from your studies but learn about yourself, Find you in you. Your Book of One helps you to keep track of everything you experience that leads you to the path you set TO FIND in the first page.

I know it sounds a whole hell of a lot like another commitment that you are making and it is. You are making a commitment to YOURSELF! TO DO SOMETHING SOLELY FOR YOU . On the 366 day meet your path~ read your journey, reward your hard work, spend the day discovering that you have indeed GROWN, LEARNED, EXPERIENCED AND EMBRACED YOUR OWN PATH OF SELF FULFILLMENT.

I have several books of ONE and each one is a testament to my growth, acceptance of myself and the paths I have walked and those paths that I have not yet walked.

Set a goal and dig deep to find that goal, it needs to be profound, and personal, Avoid social or superficial, goals..Those are not the ways of the Goddess.

.......... One last thing to remember~ YOUR CRAFT AND THE KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR JOURNEYS SHOULD BE YOURS AND YOURS ALONE!!! SPREAD YOUR KNOWLEDGE CAREFULLY AND ONLY WITH LIKE RECIPIENTS.... IF YOU CHOOSE TO TEACH, CHOOSE YOUR SUBJECT WELL. MORE HARM MAY COME THAN GOOD BY TEACHING THOSE WITH AN IMPURE HEART......... End of lesson one.

A notable books of interest.
> SOLITARY WITCH~ By Silver Ravenwolf

My personal favorite~ Because it is me, for as long as I can remember and will be me for as long as I am blessed to be~
> THE WAY OF THE GREEN WITCH~ Ann Murphy-Hiscok

THE WAY OF THE GREEN WITCH DOES NOT SEEK TO HOLD MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF POWER; RATHER , SHE SEEKS TO TAP INTO THE ALREADY EXISTING, SUBTLE FLOWS OF ENERGY IN AND AROUND EARTH.

Lost Treasures

I LOVE, LOVE , LOVE photography. I am actively looking for a place to send some of my photos of nature and insect life.

I will take long walks at COX ARBORETUM and wander around aimlessly taking pictures of everything that catches my eye.

I wanted to share some of my Favorite photos. Some of them you may have already seen and some you may have not.
~Enjoy

Ms. Mystery~

These creatures fascinate me.
I will sit for hours on the bridge and snap
photos of the visitors to the Lilly pads

The Kids called her " Beauty" and she spent most

afternoons in my echinacea garden
Echinacea grows wild in Ohio....
It is a stunning Perennial and is effortless
to maintain.

The Winner of Race~

The turtle was king of the pond basking in afternoon sun....

The Prince in Waiting~
There is a fairy tale awaiting this prince of the pond~ I find the cadence of a pond of Bull frogs to be
the essence of summer.

I have so many photos I want to share. I plan to upload a few each month and will continue with my photo of the day.

There is so much beauty and majesty in a simple stroll thru the park.
I had a conversation yesterday that made me remember what I find calming and relaxing. Where my soul reconnects with her maker.
The blessing of the goddess remind us everyday that we do not walk this great planet alone. I am so thankful for her gifts, those she bestows on me everyday and those she saves for the moments that I am worthy of her most prized creations. It is those moments when my eye catches a glimpse of the gift she has given me that I inhale deeply and feel rebirth......
It is time to rekindle my deep love affair with mother nature... And the profound respect for the way of the GREEN ONE~ 366 Days await me

Blessings

Thought I would get started with a ditty or two about me~ For some of you may know me and some may not~ so here goes.

I love to read anything I can get my hands on. I very rarely watch television. I enjoy just about anything that keeps be busy~ I can't sit still! I thrive on adrenaline and am a thrill seeker, I wish to ski dive before I am to old and become afraid of heights, or leaving the house, or just to hump backed to support the parachute pack.

I can flip the coin and enjoy the sounds of a peaceful evening thunderstorm and a glass of wine. It's these times in my life that I find myself writing poetry, and practicing my craft. More on that topic at another time....

I would just about pimp the world for a quiet bubble bath!! My house is constantly full of children, family members and friends. I have a phobia of alone~ not that I don't wish for a moment of "me time"~ but I am fearful of alone..... might have something to do with the fact that I have never per say been alone.... who knows...

I have a passion for photography, I want in the worst way to take photography classes and pine for an old box camera that I have to stand behind some old black cloth and say poof... then hole up in a dark room and watch my creations emerge..... I think maybe in my past life I took pictures of the old west and wore some crazy giddy-up and never rode side saddle. :)~

I work every day striving to achieve the things in my life that are important to me and those efforts remind me that I am not perfect and that everything worth having and keeping takes effort, patients and compromise and a-lot of tolerance.

Speaking of tolerance I have ZERO tolerance for women who think it is attractive to come across as weak, uneducated, or just plain needy!!! Why on earth would anyone find those qualities becoming is beyond me. Furthermore it only makes those of us who pride ourselves on our ability to be strong, independent, self sufficient women look bad!!! I do not surround myself with these type of women and find when I am around said meeker women I become irritated and quickly make my excuse to leave.~ GRRRR~ See I even have a hard time thinking about them...

I am a mother, a wife, a sister, a daughter, a friend and I am proud of who I have become and look forward to my many journeys to come.
